SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What You Need to Know

Monthly subscription boxes ship between the first and fifth of every month.

Seasonal subscripton boxes ship between the first and the fifth of each beginning of the season month; i.e. First day of Spring is March 21st.

Boutique sales, purchases ship within 24 hours of purchase

We do not control the USPS or any other shipping carrier so please dont beat us up if your packages arrive later than you anticipate.
BILLING & PAYMENTS
What You Need to Know

For monthly subscrition boxes, your method of payment on file will be charged on the FIRST of each month

For Seasonal subscription boxes, your method of payment on file will be charged on the first of each beginning of season month. (4x's per calendar year)

Boxes are not shipped until payment clears. If there is an issue with your payment method you will be notified via your email

Boutique sales are charged at time of purchases
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
How It Works
For subscription boxes we do not do returns, exchanges or refunds. If you receive an item that you don’t particularly like, don’t ask for an exchange or a return instead share it with a friend or a loved one, give it away to someone who it fits with. Share the love!
For Boutique Sales, we offer a 30 day return policy. Just message us and let us know what is wrong with your item and we will walk you through the return, exchange or refund process.

ALL SUBSCRIPTION BOXES ARE NO COMMITTMENT--CANCEL WITHOUT ANY INCURED FEES OR TERMINATOIN CHARGES
For monthly subscription box cancellations: Your payment method is charged on the FIRST of every month. If you want to cancel you box you MUST send us an email beofore the FIRST of the month. If you do NOT cancel before the FIRST of the month and your card is charged, we are SORRY but we will not refund it! You will receive your box for that month billed and then we will cancel any future charges.
